Alexander Lukin:Russia-China Relations and the Changing International Order(需报名)
Before the Ukrainian crisis, Russia made concessions to the West, but found that if it could not meet Western political demands and could not establish friendly relations with the West, Russia began to adopt a tough attitude and turned its political and economic activities to the non-Western world. In the long run, China will have greater challenges to Western ideology. Because it has achieved great economic development on the basis of not accepting the Western "liberal democracy" ideology. How could Russia and China cooperate while the U.S. Secretary of State remarks them as “bad actors”.(报名方式见下)
