Dr. Micah Zenko——Red Team: How to Succeed by Thinking Like the Enemy

Dr. Zenko will introduce the red team as a strategic tool behind every successful organization. His work brings the underexplored team onto the stage, empowering it with hands-on knowledge, little-known cases and fruitful interviews based on lecturer's military service experience. He believes that by employing a red team, institutions are capable of revealing and test unstated assumptions, identify blind spots and potentially improve their performance. Dr. Micah Zenko

Dr. Micah Zenko is a Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Previously, he worked for five years at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, and in Washington, D.C. at the Brookings Institution, Congressional Research Service, and State Department’s Office of Policy Planning.
