Bobo Lo：Great power relations and the new world disorder

Relations between the great powers have been suffering from the greatest hostility in three decades with the liberal world order in crisis. A post-American era is emerging, but no-one knows what this will look like. In this lecture, Bobo Lo will discuss the complex interaction between the United States, Russia, and China, and its implications for global governance. （报名方式见文末）

Bobo Lo is an Associate Research Fellow with the Russia/NIS Center at the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI). He was previously Head of the Russia and Eurasia Programme at Chatham House and Deputy Head of Mission at the Australian Embassy in Moscow. He is also a Non-Resident Fellow with the Lowy Institute, Sydney, Australia.

波波•罗是国际知名俄罗斯外交与安全政策研究专家，长期专注研究中俄关系。在英国牛津大学获得硕士学位，在澳大利亚墨尔本大学获得博士学位。他曾任澳大利亚驻俄罗斯参赞、英国查塔姆研究所副研究员及法国国际关系研究所副研究员。
